Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mhannah.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
